Study on composite bone tissue engineering scaffolds(1)-properties and application evaluation laminated composite scaffolds of β-tricalcium phosphate/poly[L-lactic acid]

摘要 本文研究了β-磷酸三钙/聚乳酸叠层复合支架在体外37℃生理盐水中的降解过程,内容包括材料的重量、力学强度、聚乳酸分子量、材料周围环境的pH值、Ca2+浓度等参数随时间的变化,并证实材料理化特性适合于骨组织工程支架材料的要求。支架材料的生物相容性评价实验结果表明骨髓基质细胞与支架间有良好的亲和性。 In this study- porous laminated composite scaffolds of β-tricalcium phosphate-poly[L-lactic acid ] are constructed with a new processing technique. In vitro 16 weeks' degradation experiments of composite scaffolds in physiological solution at 37 ℃- the alteration of weight and mechanical strength of scaffolds- the molecular weight of PLLA- pH value and Ca2+ composition of immersing solution are measured by every two weeks. Results show that the composite are good scaffolds for bone tissue engineering. In vitro experiment- the scaffolds have a good biocompatibility with marrow bone cells. This study indicates the promising prospect in bone tissue engineering of porous laminated composite scaffolds.
