组织工程骨的成骨过程和组织学评价

Ossification process and histology evaluation of the engineering bone formed by the laminated composite scaffolds of β-tricalcium phosphate/poly[L-lactic acid]

摘要  用β-磷酸三钙/聚乳酸叠层复合支架和骨髓基质细胞复合后,修复青山羊胫骨段缺损.对修复效果通过X射线和组织切片进行了研究,发现复合支架成骨能力强,植入部位8周后愈合,12周后与正常骨结构一致,同时实验组在手术后两个月行走自如.显示了这种材料在骨组织工程领域的广阔应用前景. The porous laminated composite scaffolds of β-tricalcium phosphate-poly [L-lactic acid] are implanted in tinial defects of Chinese goats after mixing with marrow bone cells. X-ray and histology results show that new bone is formed fast in the composite scaffolds. After 8 weeks' implantation, the defects are healing up, and after 12 weeks, the scaffolds are completely absorbed and replaced by new bones. This study indicates the promising prospect of porous laminated composite scaffolds in bone tissue engineering.
