组织工程材料上培养的雪旺氏细胞活性检测的显微分光光度和图像分析研究

摘要 利用研制的显微分光光度和图像分析系统,对在组织工程可降解材料上三维培养的雪旺氏细胞,从生长形态、细胞特定蛋白表达量、细胞分化率、细胞突触网化度和DNA的受损情况进行分析,多方面地分析了雪旺氏细胞的生命活性指标,建立和提供了生物材料相容性研究的一些分析方法和技术手段。 The activity detection of schwann cell (SC) cultured on the bracket of tissue engineering material was performed using our multi channel micro-spectrophotometer system and micro-imaging analysis system- as well as the single cell gel electrophoresis analysis system. The DNA damage of the SC which was cultured on the glutaraldehyde crossed chtosan(GCC) filament of degradable tissue engineering material and the SC cultured on PGA filament material were analyzed- along with the analysis on the cell differentiation- and the expression of SC cells' special protein. The biological compatibility of the material can be evaluated according to the experiment results.
