摘要
目的 :研究参芪扶正注射液对犬和大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血的影响。方法 :建立急性犬实验性心肌梗塞模型 ,心外膜电图标测犬心肌缺血范围及程度 ,定量组织学 (N BT染色法 )测定心肌梗塞范围 ,同时测定冠脉血流量、心肌耗氧量及血清肌酸激酶 (CK)的活性 ;建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,测定心肌梗塞范围、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :参芪扶正注射液可明显减轻心肌缺血程度 (Σ ST) ,缩小心肌缺血范围 (N ST) ,缩小经N BT染色所显示的梗塞区 ,显著增加缺血心脏的冠脉血流量 ,对心肌缺血及心肌梗塞引起的血清肌酸激酶 (CK)活性升高有明显抑制作用 ,减轻大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心肌损伤程度 ,明显缩小心肌梗塞面积 ,降低血清MDA含量。结论 :参芪扶正注射液对犬和大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血具有明显的对抗作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on acute experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs and rats.Methods:The experiments in dogs adopted epicardiogram mapping to measure the scope and degree of myocardial ischemia,quantitative histologic assay (nitroblue tetrazolium,N BT stain) to determine the size of myocardial infarction,simultaneously measure the coronary blood flow and the level change of serum creatine kinase(CK); Myocardial ischemia reperfusion model in rats was established and size of myocardial infarction,serum content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were determined.Results:It was showed that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection could obviously alleviate the degree of myocardial ischemia (Σ ST) and the scope of myocardial ischemia (N ST); significantly reduce infarction area;markedly increase the coronary blood flow;inhibit the increase of myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction induced serum CK activity.It was observed in rats' ischemia reperfusion model that the medicine could significantly reduce the injuried degree of myocardium.The area of myocardial infarction and the serum content of MDA decreased.Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng Injection possessed the inhibitory effects on acute experimental myocardial ischemia in dogs and rats.
