摘要
随着互联网的迅猛发展 ,消费类电子商务在中国获得了较快的发展。网络在带给人们便利的同时 ,也增加了消费者遭受损害的机会。电子商务中的诸多消费者权益保护问题对我国现行法律提出了新的要求 ,因此需要尽快寻找对策 ,建立和完善一整套的法律法规来规范和保障。

With the development of the Internet,BtoC Electronic Commerce in China has been developing speedily.Though network brings us much convenient,it make the chances of customer suffering from damage increase.However,our current laws haven't relevant rule to stick up for the customer's interests.Accordingly,we should build a chain of laws and rules to protect the rights of customer as soon as possible.
