摘要
目的:评价视频脑电图在诊断小儿非癫癎性发作中的实用价值。方法:对临床上拟诊为非癫癎性发作的314例患儿,进行20min～3h的视频脑电图动态监测,监测中对各种状态及事件进行标记,结束后将记录的EEG与临床录像资料同步回放分析。结果:314例患儿中,196例(62.4%)监测到发作,302例(96.2%)结合脑电图检查证实为非癫癎性发作。结论:视频脑电图是明确小儿非癫癎性发作的种类、鉴别非癫癎性与癫癎发作的可靠的检查方法。
Objective:To evaluate the practical value of Video-EEG in children with non-epileptic seizures.Methods:314children clinically diagnosed as having non-epileptic seizures,were monitored with Video-EEG instrument (WEISI VEEG1161B)for20minutes～3h awake or in sleep.The clinical signs and EEG were recorded and marked at the same time.Afterwards,both were analyzed digitally.Results:Of the314cases,seizures were recorded in196(62.4%)and302(96.2%)were fur-ther confirmed as non-epileptic seizures according to EEGs.Conclusion:Video-EEG is a credible way to confirm the clinical diagnosis of non-epileptic seizures and to differentiate from epilepsy.
