左旋西替利嗪治疗作用的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 左旋西替利嗪是西替利嗪的左旋体,是较新的第二代H_1受体拮抗剂。体外实验研究表明他可抑制嗜酸粒细胞游走,可与人H_1受体选择性的高亲和力结合。药代动力学研究表明,他具有口服吸收快,起效快,作用持久,代谢率低,不良反应发生率低等优点。临床研究表明,用于治疗荨麻疹和季节性过敏性鼻炎优于常用的第二代抗组胺类药物。目前,该药已在欧洲上市,是一种具有广阔应用前景的抗组胺新药。
