摘要
目的了解福建口岸地区 HIV 流行的现状和规律。以便提出防制对策建议。方法对1991年9月-2003年6月福建口岸地区 HIV 监测工作进行回顾,对95例 HIV 感染者的检测结果进行流行病学调查分析。结果福建口岸地区 HIV 流行分布近年来呈上升趋势,感染者以青壮年为多,男性多于女性。职业分布以回国劳务人员和交通员工为多,入境人群明显高于出境人群和境内人群,但国内居民近年来感染人数呈增长趋势;传播途径以性接触为主,通过吸毒途径传播的危险不容忽视。结论必须加强对口岸高危人群和吸毒人群的 HIV 监测和健康教育干预研究,加强 HIV 的综合防制,防止艾滋病在国内的传播蔓延。
Objectives Assessing the status of AIDS prevalent trend,we review the supervision situation on AIDS at Fujian port regions from Sep.,1991 to June,2003. Methods The epidemiological data of 95 HIV infected persons are analyzed by statistics means. Results The trend of HIV prevalence is ascending year by year at Fujian port regions.The young persons are main crowd in HIV infected.And the infected persons are more in man than in woman. According to the gender,occupation distribution and other statistical data,the number of male HIV infected is much more than that of female,meanwhile the main infected persons are the abroad-returned laborers and transport staff.The infections are more in the entry crowd than in the exit and the crowd within the boundaries of the homeland.The main infected way is sexual intercourse. Conclusions To protect the domestic people from the AIDS spread passing through the ports,the State Administration for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine must strengthen the supervision on the high-risk crowd.
