摘要
知识经济时代占主导地位的是知识型员工。他们拥有自己的“生产资料”,即他们头脑中的知识。知识型员工具有很强的创新能力,能帮助组织在瞬息万变的市场经济中赢得优势。但与非知识型员工相比,他们又有着自己独特的个性特征,因此,不能用传统的管理方式来管理和激励他们,而要采取针对他们特性的管理策略来进行,使之能自主地、最大限度地发挥和贡献他们的聪明才智。
The knowledge-type staffs, which hold a leading post in the knowledge-based economy, possess their own production goods, the knowledge in their brains. The knowledge-type staffs, which have very strong innovative ability, are able to help their companies to win the superiority in the market economy with fast changing. However, compared with non-knowledge-type staff, they also have their special personality characteristics. So we can't use traditional managerial method to manage and excite them, and must adopt the managerial tactics based on their characteristics in order to give full play to their intelligence and wisdom.
