摘要
目的:研究以急性淋巴细胞白血病为起始的Ph1阳性、BCR/ABL融合基因阳性的慢性粒细胞白血病细胞形态学和分子生物学特点。方法:采用细胞形态学、分子生物学、组织化学、流式细胞免疫标记技术及染色体检测法。结果:骨髓象以原始、幼稚淋巴细胞为主,粒细胞比例相对于急性淋巴细胞白血病较高;细胞表面标记以CD19、CD20为主,中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶积分减低,Ph染色体阳性、BCR/ABL融合基因阳性。结论:在细胞形态学基础上,同时开展Ph染色体和BCR/ABL融合基因检测对以急性淋巴细胞白血病为起始的Ph1阳性、BCR/ABL融合基因阳性的慢性粒细胞白血病的诊断是非常必要的。
Objective To study bone marrow morphology and molecular biology behavior of chronic myelocytic leukemia of initiation presentation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Method Had used methods of cell morphology, molecular biology, cytochemistry, flow cytometric and chromosome detection. Results Bone marrow picture display that primitive and immature lymphocyte were predominant,ratio of Granulocytic cells is higher than acute lymphoblastic leukemia,CD19 and CD20 expression were predominant in cell surface marker, integral of neutrophil alkaline phosphatase is lower, Ph chromosome is positive, BCR/ABL fusion gene is positive. Conclusion Detection of Ph chromosome and BCR/ABL fusion gene are very necessary for diagnosis of chronic myelocytic leukemia of initiation presentation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia
