Bcr／abl融合基因阳性成人急性淋巴细胞白血病的临床研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 Bcr／abl融合基因源于Ph染色体。主要表达于慢性髓细胞白血病．亦见于20％-40％的成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL），并成为ALL患者重要的独立不良预后因素。Bcr／abl^＋-ALL的临床特征和预后与常见ALL存在差异．治疗也具特殊性。本文就其研究进展作一综述。
