摘要 目的 分析早期糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)的闪光视网膜电图 (F- ERG)和视网膜电图震荡电位 (OPs)各参数的变化特点 ,寻找反映早期 DR的敏感指标。方法 对 16例 (32只眼 )正常人进行 OPs和 F- ERG检测 ,对2 7例 (5 3只眼 )糖尿病病人进行眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA )、OPs和 F- ERG检测。结果  OPs中 O3 波幅、O4波幅、OPs总波幅及 F- ERG中 b波峰潜时较其他指标敏感 ,其中 O4波幅和 b波峰潜时为最敏感指标 ,但均不能反映早期 DR的严重程度。结论  OPs的 O4波幅和 F- ERG的 b波峰潜时可作为早期糖尿病视网膜病变诊断的敏感指标。 Objective To analyse the change in oscillatory potentials(OPs) of electroretinogram (ERG) and flash electroretinogram (F-ERG) in early diabetic retinopathy(DR).and so as to look for sensitive parameters to diagnose early DR.Methods The OPs and F-ERG were measured in 16 cases (32 eyes) of normal subject and The OPs?F-ERG and fluorescence fundus angiography (FFA) were measured in 27 cases (53 eyes) of DR.Results O 3?O 4?∑O amplitudes of OPs and the b-wave latency of F-ERG were more sensitive than the other parameters.The O 4 amplitudes of OPs and the b-wave latency of F-ERG were the most sensitive among the parameters,but they didn't reflect the developmental degree of early DR.Conclusion The O 4 amplitudes of OPs and the b-wave latency of F-ERG were sensitive parameters in diagnosis of early DR.
