摘要
目的 :为进一步认识牙髓炎的微循环变化机制而检测犬实验性急、慢性牙髓炎时的牙髓血流量 (PBF)。方法 :采用放射性生物微球技术 ,测量并计算犬牙髓组织的PBF值。结果 :①在急性牙髓炎期 ,切牙、尖牙和第一磨牙PBF均值分别为 1.15、1.0 9和 1.13(mL/min·g-1) ,三者间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,各牙位急性期的PBF值明显高于正常及慢性牙髓炎 (P <0 .0 1)。②在慢性牙髓炎期 ,切牙、尖牙和第一磨牙的PBF均值分别为 0 .5 4、0 .79和 0 .85 (mL/min·g-1) ,此时切牙的PBF值明显小于尖牙及第一磨牙 (P <0 .0 1) ,后两者间差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,同正常值比较尖牙与磨牙的PBF值较高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而切牙明显低于正常值(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :牙髓在急、慢性炎症期血流量较正常时明显升高 ,急性期上升幅度显著大于慢性期 ,而慢性牙髓炎切牙的血流量却低于正常值 ,这可能与牙髓组织发生渐进性坏死及血流测量时机的选择有关。
AIM:To understand the mechanisms of microcirculation and volume of pulpal blood flows (PBF) in dental pulpitis of dogs with experimentally induced pulpitis.METHODS:Radioactive microsphere technique(RMT) was used in the measurement and calculation of PBF.RESULTS:①In the acute pulpitis group,the average PBF values for incisors、canines and the first molars were 1.15 、1.09 and 1.13(mL/min·g -1)respectively.No statistical differences between them(P>0.05),but they were significantly greater in contrast to those of the same teeth obtained from the normal pulp and chronic pulpitis (P<0.01). ②In the chronic pulpitis group,the average PBF values for incisors, canines and the first molars were 0.54、0.79 and 0.85(mL/min·g -1) respectively.The average PBF of incisors was significantly lower than that of the canines and the first molars(P<0.01),but no significant difference between the canines and the first molars(P>0.05).In this stage the PBF values for the canines and the first molars were higher in comparing to those of the normal pulp status(P<0.01). While the PBF values of incisors appeared significant decrease in the same comparison (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The PBF values in both acute and chronic pulpitis increase much higher than those in the normal.The magnitude of PBF in acute pulpitis is even greater than that of the chronic.While the PBF values of the incisors with chronic pulpitis are dramatically reduced.This special result might be correlated with progressive necrosis of the pulp and the time selected for PBF measurement.
