摘要
采用放射性生物微球技术,对8只山羊单侧下颌升支斜行骨切开术后4周、8周近心骨段及其附丽软组织的血流量进行定是实验研究。结果表明:术后4周,近中骨段附着的嚼肌、翼内肌血流量代偿性增加83%~100%,近心骨段血流量已恢复到正常水平;术后8周,附丽软组织的血供代偿进一步加强,嚼肌、翼内肌血波量分别为正常水平的4.27倍和4.84倍。
Abstract This project adopted radioactive microsphere distribution technique,carried out the experimental quantitative study on the blood supply of proximal fragment first and the soft tissue attached to it after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of oblique osteotomy of the mandibular ramus of goat.The results showed that 4 weeks after operation,the increment in the blood flow to the masseter muscle and the medial pterygoid muscle which attached to the proximal fragment was 83% ̄100%,the blood flow to the proximal fragment had recovered to normal level,8 weeks after operation,the soft tissue in the area of osteotomy had a further increase in compensatory blood flow.The blood flow to the medial muscle and pterygoid muscle were 4.27 times and 4.84 times seperately as much as those before operation.
