2型糖尿病患者NO、TNF-α浕及其可溶性受体的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨 2型糖尿病 (T2DM)患者一氧化氮 (NO)、肿瘤坏死因子 浕(TNF 浕)及可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体 (sTNF R)水平变化及意义。方法 NO采用硝酸还原酶法 ,TNF 浕、sTNF R采用双抗体夹心ELISA法。结果 T2DM患者血清NO水平显著性降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,NO水平与患者病程及病情呈负相关 ;血浆TNF 浕、sTNF R水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,随着病程的延长而升高 ,且有无并发症患者水平也相差显著 ,TNF 浕、sTNF R水平与患者病程及病情呈正相关。结论 检测T2DM患者NO、TNF 浕及sTNF R水平 ,对诊断病情、并发症的预测及治疗 ,可能有一定价值。
