慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中IL-33、sST2水平变化及其临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的检测慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中白细胞介素(IL)-33及其可溶性受体ST2(sST2)水平变化情况,探讨其临床意义。方法选取2012年10月至2013年3月间于该院进行诊治的69例慢性乙型肝炎患者及70例健康对照者作为研究对象,应用ELISA法检测所有研究对象血清中IL-33、sST2水平,并进行统计学分析。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中IL-33、sST2水平显著高于健康对照者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中IL-33、sST2水平有助于了解患者免疫状态,为疾病免疫治疗提供一定的理论依据。
