摘要
目的 观察针刺配合中药熏洗治疗中风后偏瘫水肿的疗效。方法 将 12 9例患者随机分为治疗组 (针刺配合中药熏洗 )、西药组、针刺组各 4 3例 ,治疗 10 d后观察疗效。结果与结论 治疗组、西药组、针刺组的总有效率分别为 95 .3%、88.4 %、83.7% ,治疗组疗效明显优于西药组和针刺组 (P<0 .0 5 )
Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture plus herbal fumigating and washing on edema in postapoplectic hemiplegia. Method One hundred and twenty nine patients were randomly divided into a treatment(acupuncture plus herbal fumigating and washing) group, a Western medicine group and an acupuncture group, 43 cases each. The curative effect was evaluated after 10 days' treatment. Results and conclusion The total effective rate was 95.3%, 88.4% and 83.7% in the treatment, Western medicine and acupuncture groups, respectively. The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the Western medicine and acupuncture groups( P <0.05).
