摘要
目的观察中药熏洗配合艾灸治疗中风偏瘫后患侧肢体水肿的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组(中药熏洗配合艾灸)、艾灸组、对照组。采用相应方法治疗,10天为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察患肢水肿情况。结果治疗组、艾灸组、西药组的总有效率分别为95%,85%,77.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于西药组和针灸组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合艾灸治疗中风后患肢水肿具有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion therapy in treating limb edema after stroke hemiplegia. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion, moxibustion group and the control group. The corresponding method of treatment was carried out. 10 days was a period of treatment. Thr limb edema after 2 courses of treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group, the moxibustion group and the Western medicine group was 95 %, 85% and 77.5%, respectively.The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to Western medicine group and acupuncture group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of limb edema after stroke has good curative effect.
