摘要
[目的 ]探讨提高门诊医疗质量的对策 .[方法 ]采用抽样分析方法 ,对我院 14个门诊科室的医疗质量进行调查 .[结果 ]门诊个别科室在医疗管理及病历质量等方面仍存在着质量漏洞 .[结论 ]应强化医疗服务 ,落实各项规章制度 。
OBJECTIVE?To explore countermeasures to imp rove the medical quality control in out-patient department (OPD).? METH ODS?The general medical quality in 14 sections of the OPD was investiga ted by using the sampling survey.?RESULTS?There still were def ects of medical management and record quality and so on in some sections of the OPD.?CONCLUSION?The medical service must be strengthened, and all kinds of rules and regulations are put into effect to ensure the safety of m edical practice.
