慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者肺血流动力学与血浆转化生长因子β的关系

摘要 目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)患者肺血流动力学改变与血浆生长因子水平变化之间的关系。方法 Swan -Ganz右心漂浮导管测量肺动脉压与肺毛细血管楔压 ,用ELISA法测定血浆转化生长因子 -β(TGF -β)。结果  12例COPD急性发作期患者血浆TGF -β水平 [(168.0 8± 3 4 .2 1) μg/L ,P >0 .0 0 1]较正常对照组明显升高 ,与平均肺动脉压呈正相关 (r =0 .78,P >0 .0 1) ;与动脉血气 pH呈负相关 (r =-0 .64,P >0 .0 5)、与PaO2 呈负相关 (r =-0 .55,P >0 .0 5) ,与PaCO2 呈正相关 (r =0 .63 ,P >0 .0 5) ,与肺毛细血管楔压的改变无明显相关性。结论 TGF -β在COPD患者急性发作期血浆水平升高且与肺动脉压的变化呈正相关 。
