抗坏血酸保护阿霉素导致的心肌细胞损伤 被引量:6

MODIFICATION OF THE TOXICITY OF ADRIAMYCIN ON MYOCARDIAL CELLS BY ASCORBATE IN CULTURE

摘要 作者采用体外培养心肌细胞的方法,观察不同浓度的抗坏血酸对阿毒素导致的心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。结果表明,浓度为30μg/ml及100μg/ml的抗坏血酸能显著减少受损心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶的释放,并减少细胞内丙二醛的生成。 Effects of ascorbate on the cardiac cells exposed to adriamycin in culture were studied. Three-day cultured cardiac cells were treated with adriamycin (1μg/ml) or a mixture of adriamycin and different doses of ascorbate. (10μg/ml, 30μg/ml, 100μg/ml), then incubated for 4 hours. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in media and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in cells were measured. The results showed that the activity of LDH in media treated with the mixture of adriamycin and ascorbate was lower than that treated with adriamycin only, and meanwhile the content of MDA in cells was reduced by ascorbate. It suggests that the toxicity of adriamycin on the cardiac cells in culture could be ameliorated by ascorbate.
