摘要
20世纪90年代提出的企业再造理论是管理学界和企业界的一场革命,它在知识经济的大背景下突破了传统的分工理论,提出要适应新的环境必须对企业进行重新设计。这对正处于发展中的我国企业具有重要的借鉴和指导作用,有助于我们积极参与国际竞争,提高我国企业的核心竞争力。
In 1990s,the appearance of corporation reengineering theory was a revolution in the management and enterprise circles. The theory has broken through the traditional theory of labour division under the background of knowledge economy. The theory points out that it is necessary to redesign corporation to adapt to the new circumstances. It provides significant reference and instruction for the developing corporations in our country. The theory helps us to take an active part in international competition and to raise the core competitive power of our corporations.
