摘要
从污泥中分离得到光合细菌球形红假单胞菌P_4株。实验结果表明喷洒P_4菌株培养液能够提高蚕豆与苋色藜植株抵抗黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)、香石竹斑驳病毒(CaMV)感染的能力。实验还进一步表明,这种作用是由光合细菌菌体内的物质产生的。研究结果显示光合细菌P_4株具有诱导植物抗病毒活性的作用。
Strain P_4 of photosynthetic bacterium Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides was separated from sludge. Experiments have shown that spraying plants of broad bean and Chenopodium amaranticolor with strain P_4 culture fluid can improve plants' ability of resisting viral infection. Moreover,this effect results from the substances within bacteria. Results of experiments have confirmed that photosynthetic bacterium.Rhodopseudononas sphaeroides strain P_4 possess active substances which can induce plants' antiviral activity.
