摘要
本文以“夏光”甘蓝品种包心前期内层叶片为食料,系统比较了5种不同恒温下小菜蛾的生长发育和取食动态。结果表明,小菜蛾各龄幼虫的日均取食量与温度之间存在显著正相关性。然而各幼虫的取食量与温度之间无线性相关性,在16,20,24,28,32℃下每头幼虫一生平均取食117.4,108.0,72.5,85.3,95.1 mg(鲜叶重)。另外,蛹重与温度呈显著负线性相关。
The development and feeding dynamics of diamondback moth (DBM)was systematically studied using cupping leaves of summer cabbage variety'Xia Guang'at five different constant temperatures. It was indicated that both cabbage consumption and consumption rate of the DBM were related to larval stage and temperature. There were significantly positive linear relationships between consumption rates(CR,mg/day)of various larval instars and temperatures (T,℃ ). The regression equations were:CR_1 = -3. 548 + 0. 271~*T for the first larval instar,CR_2 = — 5. 260+0. 433~*T for the second,CR_3= — 6. 176 + 0. 641~*T for the third,CR_4 = 0. 512 + 0. 719~*T for the entire fourth, and CR= —4. 974 + 0. 641~*T for the entire larval stage. The total fresh leaves consumed during larval feeding periods weighed 117. 4,108. 0,72. 5,85. 3 and 95.1mg at 16,20,24,28 and 32℃,respectively. In addition, a significantly negative linear relationship existed between pupal weight (PW, mg)and temperature . The equation is PW=11. 074 — 0. 232~*T.
