摘要
分别用室内塑料袋保湿测定法和田间鉴定法对141份小麦品种(系)的抗穗发芽性进行了4次鉴定。各次鉴定结果之间呈极显著正相关,平均相关系数为0.8389。无论是红皮还是白皮,品种(系)间抗穗发芽性变异均较大。红皮类型抗性大多较白皮类型强,皮色深浅程度与穗发芽率之间呈极显著负相关(r=-0.7344^(**))。52个育成品系的方差分析表明,品系间穗发芽抗性存在极显著差异(F=11.035^(**)),其广义遗传力 h^2=83.38%。经综合评定,筛选出12个白皮抗穗发芽材料,可供育种和生产利用。本文还就小麦白皮抗穗发芽品种的选育进行了讨论。
141 wheat cultivars and breeding lines fron various regions of China and abroad were evaluated for seed germinability in ears by plastic sack wrapping(PSW)and field testing methods,respectively,in Nanjing during 1990~1991 crop season.There were positive and highly significant correlations between the results of germinability measured four times by these methods and the mean correlation coefficient was 0.838 9.A significant and negative correlation existed between sprouting percentage of grains in spikes and seed- coat colour level(total r=-0.734 4).Although germination rate of seeds in spikes of white-seeded cultivars and lines was generally greater than that of the red-seeded ones,obvi- ous varietal differences were found for both the former and the latter in sprouting resistance. Estimate of broad-sense heritability was 83.38% for the resistance to viviparity with 51 breeding lines and one cultivar (Yangmai 5) grown in a two-replicate randomized block lay- out.It was suggested that 12 white cultivars and lines determinated with sprouting resis- tance(Table 4)could be used in wheat breeding programme and production.Breeding for the preharvest sprouting resistance in white-kerneled wheat was discussed in this paper.
