摘要 目的 探讨家庭因素与中学生伤害相关行为的关系。方法 采用问卷调查方式 ,对马鞍山市市区随机抽取的 4所初中 40 42名学生的伤害相关行为及其家庭因素进行调查 ,统计分析采用多因素多分类logistic回归分析技术。结果 有严重伤害相关行为者 10 3 3人 ,占 2 5 .5 6% ,有中度伤害相关行为者 1949人 ,占 48.2 2 % ;中学生伤害相关行为的影响因素包括 :父母对意外伤害的认知程度、父母的教育方式、家庭类型等。结论 家庭因素对中学生伤害相关行为的影响不容忽视 ,为避免中学生伤害相关行为问题的出现 ,进而避免伤害的发生 ,必须重视家庭因素的作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between family factors and injury-related behaviors in middle school students. Methods Injury-related behaviors and family factors of 4042 children were investigated by using Family Questionnaire and Child Behavior Checklist. Multi-factor?logistic regression analysis was performed. Results There were 1033(25.56%) students who have serious injury-related behaviors and 1949(48.22%) students who have moderate injury-related behaviors; The influential factors contributed to student's injury-related behaviors included the cognition of parents on injuries; the type of family; the mode of parents' education. Conclusion There is significant relationship between student's injury-related behaviors and family factors. To avoid injury-related behaviors, furthermore to prevent injury occurrence, the function of family factors must be stressed.
