摘要
目的 观察复合蛋白锌 (CPZ)对大鼠生长发育及组织核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响。方法 缺锌饲养大鼠 5周 ,复制缺锌性生长抑制模型后 ,随机分为 4组 ,分别给予CPZ(15 .0、3 0 .0g/kg ,ig)和硫酸锌 (3 .75、7.5mg/kg ,ig) 4周 ,并在补锌治疗的前、后检测各指标的变化。结果 两CPZ剂量组在增加大鼠血浆及器官锌含量、体重及活动性、血浆及组织核酸和蛋白质含量等方面显著优于对应剂量的硫酸锌组。结论 CPZ能促进核酸和蛋白质合成 ,促进大鼠的生长发育 ,其疗效显著优于硫酸锌。
Objective To investigate the influence of compound protein zinc (CPZ) on the growth and development, nucleic acid and protein metabolism of tissues in rats. Methods The growth depressive models induced by zinc deficiency(ZD) were produced in rats which had been fed ZD diet for five weeks, and then ZD rats were randomly divided into four groups which were given CPZ( 15.0 , 30.0g/kg, ig) and zinc sulfate(3.75, 7.50mg/kg, ig) for four weeks respectively. The indexes were determined before and after the administration. Results The zinc contents in plasma and organs, body weight and activity, plasma protein level as well as nucleic acid and protein contents in liver and test of the two CPZ groups were significantly higher than that zinc sulfate groups. Conclusion CPZ could accelerate the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein, improve the rat growth and development effectively, which would be superior to zinc sulfate.
