摘要
给昆明小鼠服用复合蛋白锌（以下简称ＣＰＺ），低剂量组０．４６８ｇ／ｋｇ，高剂量组４．６８ｇ／ｋｇ，观察结果表明：ＣＰＺ能使小鼠胃肠推进性蠕动加强；给Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠服用ＣＰＺ，低剂量为０．３２４ｇ／ｋｇ，高剂量为３．２４／ｋｇ，观察结果表明，ＣＰＺ能使大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性明显增强，与对照组比较差异显著。
The present paper reports the results by following PO complex protein-zinc(CPZ)low and high dosages to mice and Wistar rats.After admistering CPZ 0.468 g/kg and4.68 g/kg to mice,it shows that CPZ can improve the gastroentric squirm;CPZ 0.324 g/kg and 3.24 g/kg to Wistar rats,CPZ stimulates the activity of pepsin and there is no obvious difference compared with the placebo.The effects on children's lack of appetite and eating certain dishes are also studied.
