摘要
加入WTO后,反倾销仍然是我国出口商品经常遇到的难题,文章分析了外国对我国实施反倾销的成因,提出了我国应采取的对策。
After entering WTO, antidumping is till a difficult problem, which we often meet in exporting goods. This paper analyzes on the causes why the foreign countries practice antidumping to our country, and puts forward some countermeasures that our country should take in front of the antidumping.
