摘要
教师专业发展的核心是创造教育观的形成和发展。实践的发展和相关理论研究的进展 ,都呼唤教师的创造教育观必须从偏重于人的认知性创造素质发展的“知识本位”立场 ,回归到重视人的完整德性生命发展的“德性本位”立场上来 ,实现整体性和根本性转型。“德性本位”教师创造教育观的核心在于 ,教师从德性生命的高度 ,来认识和理解教育的目的、过程、对象、内容、方法等 ,形成以发展学生的德性生命为本的教育观、人才观、教学观、课程观等。“德性本位”教师创造教育观具有人性化、完整性、多样化、内在性等特征。
The formation and development of an innovation-o ri ented outlook on education is the core of teachers' professionalization. Both th e practical development and relevant theories require that the teachers' innovat ive outlook on education must have an overall and fundamental transition from th e 'knowledge-based' standpoint of over-emphasizing the development of cognit ive innovation capacity to the 'morality-focused' viewpoint of duly emphasizi ng the cultivation of the overall moral characters. The key idea ot 'morality- focused' viewpoint of the teachers' innovative outlook is that the teacher unde rstands the educational aims, processes, objects, contents, methods, and etc. in the perspective of moral life, so as to form morality-based ideas about educat ion, talents, teaching, curnculum, etc. The morality-based viewpoint of the tea chers' innovative outlook has comprehensive, inclusive and versatile characteris tics with humanity and self-motivation.
