艺术体操规则的演变导致对其本质特征与训练规律的重新认识,在此基础上构建科训结合的技术操作平台:"UNIT"的出现为高级运动员提出了专项身体训练对技术训练的"超前原则"和"技能储备"原则;坚持走创新的道路;重新对器械技术进行科学的分类;并创建中国艺术体操高科技园区。
The change in the rule of rhythmic gymnastics leads to a new recognition of its nature and coaching regularity as well as a technical operating platform for scientific coaching on this basis. The appearance of UNIT puts forward 'the future-oriented principle' and 'the principle of reserved technical ability' from specified physical coaching to technical coaching for elite gymnasts. Creation will be stuck to. The apparatus will be re-categorized scientifically and China's rhythmic gymnastics garden will be built.
