摘要
高校体育教师队伍建设是高等院校改革和发展中必须重视并加以切实解决的重点问题。为此,有必要对北京市高校体育师资队伍建设情况进行调查研究。本文采用随机抽样方法,对北京市高校体育师资队伍建设情况以及学生对不同体育运动项目兴趣指向进行了调查研究。内容包括:教师的年龄、学历、职称以及进修培训情况等。研究认为:更新观念,学习新的知识,加强中青年教师资源的利用与培养,是北京市高校体育所面临的重大课题。
The construction of the team of university sports teachers is the focus which must be attached great importance to and resolved effectively in the reform and development of higher institutions. Therefore, it's necessary to make an investigation into the construction of the team of university sports teachers in Beijing. Adopting the method of random sampling, the paper investigated the construction of the team of university sports teachers as well as students' interests in different sports. The investigation includes these teachers' age, educational background, technical title and further studies. The research holds that renewing concepts, studying new knowledge and strengthening the application and cultivation of mid-aged and young teachers are key subjects faced with Beijing university physical education.
