摘要
采用文献资料等方法 ,对我国 86所高校体育教育人力资源开发与管理现状进行研究。结果表明 ,高校体育教育人力资源的选聘制度化建设不到位、不合理 ;优胜劣汰的用人机制不健全 ;职后教育欠规范 ;留人机制不完善 ;市场优化配置体育教育人力资源渠道不畅通。提出 :高校体育教育人力资源开发与管理应扩大人力资源的共享程度。
The current situation of the exploitation and management of physical education human resource in 86 universities in China was studied and analyzed with methods of literature research, questionnaire, experts interview and statistics. Special attention was paid to the employment, utilization, education, training, remaining and rational moving of the employees. The results show that the mechanism in employment is not reasonable, the system of survival of the fittest is not perfect, the education and training of the employees are abnormal, and the mechanism of market distributing of PE human resource needs to be improved. It is proposed that the share of PE human resource in universities should be expanded, mechanism of encouragement should be perfected, and emphasis be given to further exploitation of PE human resource on the basis of management.
