摘要
目的 :探讨功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术中同期鼻中隔形成术的优越性。方法 :施行功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术同时行鼻中隔成形术 1 0 8例。结果 :鼻中隔偏曲治愈率为 98.1 5 %,有效率为 1 0 0 %。结论 :功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术中同期行鼻中隔成形术具有减轻患者负担、提高治疗效果、便于术后复查、减少并发症等优点 ,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the advantages of nasal septoplasty in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) performed at the same time.Methods:108 FESSS with endoscopic nasal septoplasty were performed at the same time.Results:The cure rate of nasal septal deviation was 98 15%?The effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:FESS and endoscopic nasal septoplasty performed at the same time has many advantages.
