摘要
目的 :总结鼻内窥镜下行鼻中隔成形术的优点。方法 :分析鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术 166例的临床资料。结果 :在鼻内窥镜下行鼻中隔成形术 166例中 142例治愈 ,治愈率 85 5% ,好转 2 4例 ,好转率14 5%。结论 :鼻内窥镜下行鼻中隔手术照明好 ,术野清晰 ,在直视下手术 ,易剥离粘连处和及时发现粘膜损伤 ,术后并发症少 ;特别是行局限性鼻中隔切除术和同期完成鼻窦手术时更显示了它的优越性。随着鼻内窥镜技术的普及和鼻中隔偏曲对鼻窦引流影响的深入研究 ,鼻中隔手术的适应证在扩大 ,鼻内窥镜下行鼻中隔成形术有取代传统手术的趋势。
Objective:To explore the advantages of septoplasty by nasal endoscope.Method:The chinical data of 166 cases were analysed.Result: Among them,142 cases were cured,24 cases were improved The cure rate was 85 5%,and the effective rate was 14 5% Conclusion:Performing septoplasty under nasal endoscope,the authors can get good illumination and clear field,meanwhile they can easily strip the stickings and find mucosa injuries.With this method,they can do septoplasty and functional endoscopic sinus surgery at the same time.
