摘要
目的探讨中西医综合治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 32例急性脑梗塞患者运用中西医综合治疗 ,以 1 4日为一个疗程 ,治疗 1～ 2个疗程后判定临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为 93.75 % ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组 1 2例治疗前后血液流变学的比较也有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论中西医治疗急性脑梗塞 ,可降低全血粘度和全血还原粘度 ,改善微循环 ,提高临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects in treating acute cerebral infarction with integrated west and Chinese medicine. Method 32 cases were treated with integrated west and Chinese medicine. The treatment lasts one to two courses of treatment to determine the therapeutic effects, each course being 14 days. Result The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 93.75% and had significant difference(P<0.05)from that of the control group; 12 cases of the therapeutic group saw significant difference in blood rheology(P<0.05) before and after the treatment. Conclusion Treatment of acute cerebral infarction with integrated west and Chinese medicine may reduce whole blood viscosity and whole blood reduction viscosity, improve microcirculation and clinical therapeutic effects.
