基质金属蛋白酶与胚泡着床 被引量:3

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组锌依赖性的可降解细胞外基质的蛋白水解酶类。近年研究显示,它在月经的形成及内膜重塑、胚胎着床、胎盘形成、自然流产等生理病理过程中发挥着重要作用。在胚胎着床过程中,它参与子宫内膜细胞外基质的降解、调节滋养层细胞侵入的深度、参与内膜基质的改建、蜕膜血管的形成等。主要就MMPs的一般特性、表达调节及在胚胎着床过程中的作用作一综述。
