摘要
本文主要介绍作为定性推理最新成果的三种推理方法:数量级推理、比较分析以及量纲分析.同时,对它在工程枝术上的应用给予简单介绍和评述.
Qualitative reasoning is used for building the expert systems asa new
kind of reasoning in artificial intelligence,and it has attracted experts' attention.
Three major methods of qualitative reasoning,including Order of magnitude reas-
oning(Raiman,1986),Comparative Analysis(Weld,1988)and Dimensional An-
alysis(Bhashar,1990),are presented.Some of its applications in relation to
engineering and technology are briefly described.
