定性仿真在定性推理中起着核心作用．本文将介绍基于定性模型的定性仿真法的基本内容，讨论支持其走向实用的主要方法和技术，并展示其在若干领域中的应用．
ualitative simulation plays a central role in qualitative reasoning. This paper introduces the method of qualitative simulation with qualitative models, discusses some key techniques of the method, and demonstrates its applications in some areas.
