摘要
通过对中等教育转型教师知识能力结构与高职教育对教师知识能力要求的比较分析 ,阐述了利用产学合作途径提高教师实践操作技能的可行性、经济性 ,探索一条多、快、好、省地培养具备“双师型”教师的新途径。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current status and requirements of knowledge and ability structure of higher vocational school teachers.This paper points out that it is feasible and economic to improve teacherspractical operating skills by combining production with study,thus an efficient way of cultivating 'double-master'teachers is suggested.
