摘要
本研究根据教育评估理论和原则 ,运用包括教学态度、教学内容、教学方法和教学效果等四个因素 11个项目的《教师课堂教学质量测评表》 ,由学院教学督导室随机抽取 81名本院专任教师进行听课测评 ,测评数据分析表明 :(1)教师的年龄、教龄对教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法有显著影响 ,对教学效果没有显著影响 ;(2 )教师的职称对教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法有非常显著的影响 ,中高级职称的得分显著高于初级职称 ;(3)
Based on the education evaluation theory and principle, this research evaluated the teaching qualities of 81 full-time teachers who were all randomly selected. The evaluation shows how the teacher' age, teaching age, rank and gender affect his teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching method and teaching achievements.
