摘要
学生评价中,学生评价结果往往受到多种因素的影响和制约,从而导致学生评价结果产生偏差,影响其有效性。增强学生评价结果有效性的措施,包括引导师生树立正确的评价观念、完善学生评价管理机制、设计科学的评价指标等方面。
In students＇assessment of teaching, various factors affect the effectiveness of the assessment results, leadinging to assessmen warps. Several fundmental measures are put forward as following to improve the effectiveness of the assessment results： to guide teachers and students to build up right evaluation ideas; to perfect the managment mechanism of students＇assessment; to design scientific assessment indexes and so on.
