摘要
分析了钢筋混凝土屋面砖混房屋顶层墙体开裂的原因,提出了控制墙体开裂的主要措施是通过设置构造柱增强墙体的抗侧移刚度.
By analyzing the reasons of roof cracks in the top wall of R.C. brick buildings, the author puts forward some controlling measures against the wall cracks by specifying some structural pillars to inforce the wall抯 torsional rigidity.
