摘要
由于在砖混结构钢筋混凝土屋面房屋中,顶层墙体出现温度裂缝是一个较为普遍的现象。如果屋面保温层效果不好,则温度裂缝较为严重。本文通过分析温度应力对顶层墙体开裂的影响及危害,提出了在设计、施工、维修方面应注意的几个方面。
As the reinforced concrete masonry structure housing, the top wall cracks caused by temperature.is a more common phenomenon. If the effect of roof insulation layer is bad, the temperature cracks appeared more serious. By analying the effect and harm of temperature stress on top of the wall and cracks, proposed several aspects should be noted in the design, construction and maintenance.
