摘要
利用溶剂分提技术,对鱼油中高凝固点的组分 (固脂 )进行分提。研究不同溶剂鱼油比 (0. 5、 1. 0、 1. 5、 2. 0、 2. 5)、不同温度 (- 8、- 11、- 15、- 20° C)对液态油得率、熔点,以及 EPA和 DHA含量的影响。结果表明,运用溶剂分提技术,在溶剂鱼油比为 1. 0、 1. 5,温度- 8° C、- 11° C;溶剂鱼油比为 1. 5、 2. 0、 2. 5,温度- 15° C,- 20° C,可以有效地脱除鱼油中的固脂,液态油的得率可达 80%以上,且液态油中 EPA和 DHA含量有所提高。
: A new process of isolation high- solidified fat from fish oil by solvent was investigated in this study.The effect of different solvent fish oil rate(0. 5, 1. 0, 1. 5, 2. 0, 2. 5 )and different temperature(- 8° C,- 11° C,- 15° C,- 20° C)on liquid oil obtain rate, melting point and contents of EPA and DHA was main studied.The results showed that high- solidified- point fat could be isolated by solvent isolation when solvent fish oil rate was 1. 0 and 1. 5, temperature was- 8℃ and- 11℃ ,also when solvent fish oil rate was 1. 5, 2. 0 and 2. 5, temperature was- 15℃ and- 20℃ .Liquid oil obtain rate could above 80%, and contents of EPA and DHA become highly。
