摘要
棕榈油的分提方法有:干法分提、溶剂分提及表面活性剂分提。综述了这三种方法的原理及加工条件,尤其是干法分提工艺及设备。
The fractionation methods of palm oil are composed of dry fractionation, solvent fractionation and surface active agent fractionation. This article summarizes the principle and produce conditions of the three methods, especially on process and equipments of dry fractionation.
