民族和性别因素影响中小学生性格发展的测验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究以云南大理白族自治州776名11-15岁汉族与白族中小学生为被试,运用心理测量学方法,研究了民族、性别对学生性格发展的影响.结果表明:(1)白族和汉族中小学生的性格特征具有普同性 ,民族差异微小;(2)男女生的性格特征存在广泛而显著的差异,女生的性格素质明显优于男生;(3)民族和性别因素对学生性格发展的影响不存在显著交互作用. This research was designed to explore how nationality and gender affect students' personality development by means of psychometrics among 776 primary and middle-school students of Bai and Han nationalities aged 11-15 from Yunnan Bai Nationality Autonomous Prefecture. Three results were obtained from the research. Firstly, primary and middle-school students of Bai and Han nationalities shared great commons in personality characteristics and had only weak differences. Secondly, male students differed generally and significantly from female students in personality characteristics, and female students' characteristics obviously had an advantage over male students'. Thirdly, nationality and gender had no interactions when they influenced on the students' personality development.
