摘要
目的:为临床合理应用精神病治疗药物提供参考。方法:分析我院1996年～2000年精神病治疗药物的消耗情况。结果:5年来,我院精神病治疗药物的用药金额占全年用药总金额的百分比由24.41％上升至49.15％,用药频度增幅较大,其中正元脑宁增幅最大,忆梦返下降幅度最多,碳酸锂相对较稳定。结论:患者不仅要求精神病治疗药物的疗效好、副作用小、价廉,而且要求药物能够恢复正常脑功能,以提高其生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To offer the clinical rational use of psychotherapeutic for reference.METHODS: To analyse the psychotherapeutic drugs used in our hospital in the years 1996-2000.RESULTS: The proportion of sum of money of psychotherapeutic drugs to annual sum of money of total drugs increased from 24.41% to 49.15% .The frequency of drug-use was increased rapidly.As to the drug consumption,Zhengyuan Naoning increased most rapidly,imovan decreased most rapidly,and lithium carbonate kept relatively stable.CONCLUSION: The patients demand those psychotherapeutic drugs which not only have satisfactory effects and mild ARDs but also can restore normal brain functions,so it may improve their life quality.
