摘要
目的:分析长江流域6城市抗病毒药物用药的现状及趋势,做出客观评估。方法:调查长江流域6城市136家医院1998年～2000年抗病毒药物用药金额、生产公司等,分析临床应用情况及未来趋势。结果:抗病毒药物用药金额1998年、1999年、2000年分别为17 330 331、24 068 239、47 427 419元,医院平均每年每床位应用抗病毒药物的金额为1 195元。结论:抗病毒药物是一类很有发展潜力的药物,其用药金额和用量都将快速增长。
OBJECTIVE: To survey and objectively evaluate the present situation and trend of the usages of the antivi-rals. METHODS; To make a survey of the usage for above-mentioned drugs in 136 hospitals of 6 cities in the Yangtse valley of China during the period 1998-2000 concerning the sum of money for drugs,main pharmaceutical enterprises etc.and to analyse the situation of clinical use and trend forecast .RESULTS;The sum of money for the antivirals was 17 330 331 yuans,24 068 239 yuans and 47 427 419 yuans in 1998, in 1999 and in 2000, respectively .Total expenditure and consumption for the antivirals in China increased year by year .CONCLUSION: The antivirals is a kind of drug which has developmental potential, the expenditure and consumption will increase rapidly.
