2007～2009年武汉地区24家医院抗癫痫药应用分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:评估武汉地区24家医院抗癫痫药用药现状和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:对2007～2009年武汉地区24家医院抗癫痫药的销售金额、用药频度及品种等数据进行统计、分析。结果:丙戊酸的销售金额占抗癫痫药销售总额的比例均在35%左右;左乙拉西坦市场销售增长较快。结论:目前抗癫痫药品种较少,而销售金额却呈上升趋势,新型抗癫痫药以其,临床疗效和安全性的优势,具有较大的发展空间。
